Blue Carrot Catering are proud to support and get involved with the local Wellington community. A percentage of the monthly turnover of biodegradable lunch platters Blue Carrot Catering sell, is given to a local charity, school or community project. Our facebook followers vote for a charity they feel is most deserving. We have donated to many fabulous causes including Outpawed, Goodtime Foundation, Life Flight Trust, Greenstone Doors and Rangikura School.
Event management
As well as creating delicious food we provide a full event management service. So whether your guest list numbers 10 or 1,500, you can relax knowing we will take care of even the smallest detail.
We can help you develop a theme for your event, organise venue hire, entertainment, decorations, bar and wait-staff, all your hireware, and anything else you may require.
Our event planner will liaise closely with you throughout the process making sure every contingency is planned for – even those curve-balls that crop up from time to time!
Beverages
Blue Carrot Catering is a licenced provider of beverages – that means we can look after the drinks leaving you free to enjoy your event. We offer a wide range of fine wines, local craft and internationally brewed beers, cocktails, non-alcoholic drinks – as well as our famous refreshing punch.
One of our experienced function coordinators will source your beverages and organise the delivery of everything, including glassware, to your venue. Our qualified bar staff will run the bar and, if you require, provide a tray service.
Each event is unique, so we work with you to create a beverage package to meet your requirements. And don’t worry about over-ordering – we have a sale-and-return policy on all our beverages.
